Greetings. Well, the first half of the year has come and gone and it has been a great six months for all things film production.
I am currently opening my books for bookings and whether you need a music video, live shoot, dvd edit, Youtube web Movie, wedding movie, promo reel or epk, try me. Past clients have said that I have a personable touch, keen eye and am able to deliver on time and budget. Nice.

Editing the 'Boys Like You' music video for 360/Gossling was both a challenge and a thrill. Teaming up with Matt Weston from Syndicate Films, we delivered an edit that that pleased the artist, manager, label and our good-selves.

King Cannons are a six piece that have just released their debut full length album through EMI. 'The Brightest Light' features a host of brand new tunes plus some crowd favorites, including Too Young and Shot To Kill. It was exciting to work on the videos for those two tunes, particularly Too Young where I was responsible for a lot of the cutting and editing.

Yung Warriors are an exciting local Indigenous hip-hop group that are currently touring the country in support of their new album, Standing Strong. The title track is a solid  hip hop monster with a strong message and soulful infectious chorus. The music video was a joy to direct and I enjoyed teaming up with Dave Withers, D.O.P and Gracie Lolicato (Super 8 Camera Assist) again.

Gossling is an artist with a truly unique vision and personable style. Captured live on location at Bakehouse Studios with her amazing band, I directed my team of camera operators to capture some  magical performances of their songs in a stunning intimate setting.

Having directed a music video for Harry Hookey's new single, Don't You Ever Treat Me Like A Fool, I am excited about cutting my most recent project.

Nikki Jensen is a wonderful singer and songwriter in the folk, country tradition having only started out playing music two years ago. A chance meet at The Telstra Road To Discovery Competition in Tamworth this year resulted in an instant friendship with Kasey Chambers. What followed was a recording session with Casey's husband, Shane Nicholson and the result can be heard on Nikki's debut e.p, Under The Rain Tree.

Hypotheticals in the first single to be lifted from the e.p and I had the pleasure of directing the music video for the track this week in Cowwarr with my trusted D.O.P Dave Withers joining us. Now I'm left with the laborious yet satisfying task of going through the footage to cut a beautiful music video.
Stay tuned.
